Colson Baker, also known as Machine Gun Kelly (MGK) is a rapper, actor, singer, and songwriter who is famously noted for his exceptional skills in compositional blending and alternate hip hop. MGK released a total of 4 mixtapes from 2007 until 2010 before signing a contract with Bad Boy Studios. In 2012, his debut album was released and it was called Lace Up. It landed on the number 4 spot at the US Billboard 200. The album has his famous single Wild Boy.
In 2020, MGK released another album entitled Tickets to My Downfall that marked his overall departure to Hip hop and official entry to pop-punk. It found its spot at number 1 on the Billboard 200 and was also the only rock album to reach the top that year. Aside from music, MGK also debuted on his first romantic drama entitled Beyond the Lights in 2014. In 2016, he appeared in the techno-thriller film Nerve. He also appeared in Bird Box (2018), and Big Time Adolescence (2019).
